• Facebook Page data you connect (page name, page ID, access tokens)
• Instagram account information linked to your Facebook Pages

• Content generated and published through our platform (captions, images, videos)
• Brand profile information you provide (business name, target audience, tone, preferences)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Schedule and publish posts to Facebook and Instagram on your behalf

3. Facebook & Instagram Data Usage

We access Facebook and Instagram APIs strictly to provide our content automation services. We use the following permissions:

• pages_manage_posts — To publish and schedule content to your pages
• pages_read_engagement — To read post engagement and page insights
• pages_show_list — To display your connected pages
• instagram_basic — To access linked Instagram account information
• instagram_content_publish — To publish content to Instagram

We do not access your personal Facebook timeline, friends list, or private messages.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Generated content and analytics are retained while your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Facebook account from within the app
• Emailing us at hello@digitalbithub.com

Upon deletion request, all your data including generated content, brand profiles, and access tokens will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data may be shared only in the following cases:

• With Facebook/Meta APIs to publish content you've authorized
• With AI providers (OpenAI, etc.) for content generation — only brand context is shared, not personal data
• As required by law or legal process

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted access tokens, secure HTTPS connections, and restricted server access. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Third-Party Services

SocialAI integrates with the following third-party services:

• OpenAI — For AI content and image generation
• Google Trends — For trending topic research

Each service has its own privacy policy that governs their use of data.
