How do I get started?
Sign in with your WhatsApp code, create a project and save its settings. Add your portfolio and logo, connect your channels, then generate or write a strategy.
Where do I create and review posts?
Open your project and choose Create content. Track its progress on screen. The finished post appears in Content, where you can edit the caption and schedule, choose destinations and approve it.
How does crossposting work?
Channels inside a project share its strategy. Select extra channels when approving a post. Each receives a separate post; publishing status and engagement remain separate. Retrying one destination does not republish a successful destination.
Why is a channel missing?
Facebook requires Page access and Instagram requires a professional account. Connect or reconnect from your project’s Channels page and grant the appropriate permissions. A channel already assigned to another project will not appear as available.
Where can I see older published posts?
Open Published posts and select Refresh posts & results. Use Load older posts when available. Meta controls which history and measurements your account can access. SocialGennie labels posts that match its own publishing records.
Why is generation waiting?
Tasks run in the background. Progress updates when an actual stage changes; image generation can take several minutes. If a task fails, the progress panel will explain the next step. Contact your administrator if the worker is unavailable.
Why can’t Instagram reach my image?
Meta needs an accessible HTTPS media address. Your administrator must keep the media host available while posts are being published.
