Getting StartedWhat is SocialAI?
SocialAI is an AI-powered social media automation platform that generates, schedules, and publishes content to your Facebook and Instagram pages automatically. It handles everything from trending topic research to creating captions, images, reels, and carousels — so your brand stays active without manual effort.
How do I get started?
Simply connect your Facebook Page via the "Try Demo" button, set up your Brand Profile (business name, audience, tone, goals), and let AI generate your content calendar. Posts will be automatically created and published according to your preferences.
Which social media platforms are supported?
Currently, SocialAI supports Facebook Pages and Instagram (linked to Facebook Pages). We publish posts, reels, and carousel content to both platforms automatically.
What types of content can SocialAI generate?
SocialAI generates:
• Image posts — AI-generated visuals with captions and hashtags
• Reels — Short 10-second videos with Ken Burns effects and text overlays
• Carousel posts — Multi-image swipeable posts for step-by-step or listicle content
• Text posts — Caption-only posts for engagement and conversation
All content types include auto-generated captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to your brand.
How does the AI know what to post?
The AI uses your Brand Profile (target audience, tone, content pillars, goals), trending topic research from Google Trends, and performance insights from your past posts to plan and create relevant content. You can also provide custom instructions to guide content themes.
Can I give custom instructions or ideas for content?
Yes! In your Brand Profile settings, there's a "Content Ideas & Instructions" field where you can provide specific themes, product launches, seasonal campaigns, or any creative direction. The AI will incorporate these instructions into both the content calendar and individual post generation.
How does auto-scheduling work?
When you generate a content calendar, the AI assigns optimal posting times based on your configured schedule. Posts are automatically created, approved, and published at the scheduled times. You can set up to 10 posts per day and choose your preferred posting hours.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. If you turn off "Auto Approve" in your Brand Profile settings, posts will be generated but held for your review before publishing. You can approve, edit, regenerate, or cancel any post before it goes live.
Does it post to Instagram automatically?
Yes. If you enable "Instagram Cross-Posting" in your Brand Profile and your Instagram account is linked to your Facebook Page, posts will automatically be published to both Facebook and Instagram.
Is my Facebook data safe?
Absolutely. We only access the Facebook permissions you explicitly grant (page management, posting, and insights). We never access your personal timeline, messages, or friends list. All access tokens are encrypted and stored securely.
How do I disconnect my account?
You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from the SocialAI dashboard. This will revoke all access tokens and stop any scheduled publishing. You can also request complete data deletion by emailing hello@digitalbithub.com.
